re(treat) yourself workshop
Overview
Give yourself the gift of slowing down and sinking into deep nourishment with (Re)TREAT Yourself — a spacious, restorative experience curated to help you soften, release, and create room within. This workshop weaves together prānāyām, mindful yoga, EFT tapping, journaling, and a deeply soothing restorative sound bath to guide you toward ease, clarity, and inner calm.
Our journey begins with spacious prānāyām and yoga practices led by Tash, thoughtfully rooted in yoga philosophy and biomechanics. These practices invite the body to open gently, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate a sense of grounded presence. You’ll then be held in a tender, supportive EFT session with Trish, who will share the “why” behind the technique and guide you through tapping sequences designed to release emotional tension and clear stagnant energy.
We’ll rest the body and mind with a signature restorative and sound practice — an immersive blend of stillness, frequency, and vibration that encourages deep rest and softening from within. To close, we’ll move into journaling and reflection, creating space to integrate insights, reconnect with your intentions, and land softly back into yourself. We’ll finish by gathering for a shared meal, offering connection, nourishment, and community.
These “treats” — the breathwork, movement, tapping, stillness, and reflection — become tools you can carry with you long after the session ends, supporting your well-being in meaningful, sustainable ways. This is your invitation to pause, unwind, and re-enter your life feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.
