“Rise on the Mat” is a free, heart-centered Ashtanga yoga workshop created specifically for women who are reclaiming their power to help you reconnect with your body, ground your nervous system, and build spiritual strength through breath and movement.

- A guided Ashtanga yoga session accessible for all levels (no experience needed)
- A safe, supportive space for women who understand the path you’re on
- Breathwork, movement, and mindfulness tools you can take with you
- A powerful reminder of the power you already hold inside
