Cheese and Chive "Yorkies" - Giant, puffy and crusty bites with a chutney dip

Mushroom, Bacon and Barley Soup - Roasted mushrooms add to tthe smoky flavour. Served with Tattie Scones

Winter Greens with Smoked Salmon - Dressed with a Honey-Herb Vinaigrette

Haggis-Inspired Braised Lamb Shanks - Buttery, slow-cooked lamb shanks, using the spices common for haggis. No offal or oatmeal need apply.

Rumbledthumps - A creamy, comforting potato dish with cabbage, onion and cheddar cheese

Whisky-Marmalade Brioche Bread Pudding - The smoky warmth of whisky and the sharpness of marmalade is enhanced by a burnt orange caramel sauch=e

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.

We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.

In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.

Chefs will try to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions if given 72 hours notice. Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern.
