Find your flow, renew your vibe! Roll & Recharge is a unique wellness experience at Union Winter Roller Express, blending the joy of roller skating with mindful moments to help you reset and recharge.

Please note: A physical piece of government issued ID is required to rent skates. Those without ID will be denied entry at the door.

The Union Winter Roller Express, presented by TD is a free indoor roller skating experience located in the TD West Carriageway in Toronto's Union Station. This special wellness event is a unique exprience to help reset for he New Year.

All guests must pre-register for the event. Please note that this is a 16+ experience. We encourage you to bring your yoga mat for additional comfort during the sound bath portion of the event.

A bit about your journey:

11:00am - Event Start time - guests will be ushered into the space, drop items off at coat check and get settled in the main space

11:15am - 11:30am - Sound healing meditation in musical form. By blending guided meditation, and frequencies using instruments like crystal singing bowls and Luciana's live vocals, your mind and body begin to relax and the nervous system rests. Enjoy a soothing sound bath to nourish yourself, and bring more awareness and intention to your day.

11:30am-12:45pm - Slowly bring your energy back up with roller skating. Lace up and do some laps to the music and soundscapes curated by Luciana.

12:45pm-1:00pm - End your skate with a moment of gratitude.

We will also have a selection of health-forward Union retailers, such as Purpel, Harvest Clean Eats and Greenhouse Juice, offering free samples onsite. Guests will also leave with a small goodie bag of products!

LUCIANA is a multi talented performer sharing her powerful and soulful voice through her original music, sound baths and live hybrid DJ sets.She is the founder and organizer of NÜLOVE, a wellness brand offering community yoga and wellness programming for companies and events, and Sunflower Garden, Toronto's first non-alc music festival and wellness festival empowering female talent, eco-conscious and family friendly.
