Are children allowed?

Yes! Childcare is available for children 11 and under. Children 12+ are welcome to volunteer at the children's program

Is the program free?

Yes! The Program is fully funded by the Ontario Trillium Foundation, a Government of Ontario agency

Do I have to commit for all 12 sessions?

This is a high demand program and we request that you only register if you commit to at least 9 out of 12 sessions. If you believe you will miss more than 3 sessions, please pass the opportunity to a family who might benefit.

After registration, you will receive an intake form to be filled out by Nov 21. Please note, your registration is not complete until you fill out the intake form.

Every session we dive deeper, and hone our skills on Empowered Parenting, Attachment, Regulation, Mindsight, Emotional Intelligence, Effective Communication, Anger Management, Positive Discipline, and Playful Parenting through an Islamic lens.

Do we have sessions during the Winter break?
