Join us at Rising Moon Studio for an evening to unwind, reset, recharge, and come back home to yourself!

I’d love to invite you to join me at the beautiful Rising Moon Studio for an evening of deep nourishment and connection — a time to pause, soften, and return to yourself.

Sacred Rest: Rooted in Calm is an invitation to reset your nervous system, recharge your energy, and reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way. Come exactly as you are, and leave feeling rooted, calm, and deeply renewed.

What to Expect

  • 6:00 pm Arrival & Welcome
  • 6:15 pm — Gentle Movement, Cacao Ceremony & Restorative Sound Bath led by Isabel Fry
  • 7:30 pm — Transition into the Nordic Spa: saunas, cold plunge, hot tub & firepit
  • 9:00 pm — Tea, snacks, and time to connect with community or enjoy peaceful solitude
  • Closing circle & farewell

We’ll begin in the studio with a gentle practice that combines mindful movement, a heart-opening cacao ceremony, and a restorative sound bath. These practices weave together to create a sacred space for you to release tension, quiet the mind, and feel more grounded and at ease.

The cacao will open your heart, the movement will gently awaken your body, and the sound will guide you into a state of deep rest and renewal.

From there, the evening flows into the Nordic spa, where you’ll have plenty of time to immerse yourself in the elements — the warmth of cedar saunas, the invigorating clarity of a cold plunge, the soothing embrace of the hot tub, and the magic of gathering around a firepit under the open sky. With trees surrounding you, firelight flickering, and a sense of community in the air, the setting itself becomes part of your healing.

To complete the evening, you can sip on herbal tea, savour nourishing snacks, and enjoy unhurried time to connect with others or simply linger quietly in the serene atmosphere.

This night is an invitation to reset your nervous system, recharge your energy, and reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way.
