Safe Spaces, Strong Teams: Psychological Safety for SMEs

By Workplace & Immigrant Network

Overview

Reduce turnover, strengthen communication, and build teams where people do their best work — without adding complexity or cost.

Psychological safety is not a “soft skill.” It’s a practical leadership approach that helps teams (big and small) communicate more effectively, identify issues early, and perform consistently.

This free, interactive workshop is designed for employers and workplace leaders who want to improve how work gets done - often through small, realistic changes to habits and practices. Using real examples and practical strategies, we'll explore how everyday leadership behaviours influence retention, trust, and team performance.
