cosmic co-creation is a therapeutic art group it functions as a drop in space for creative communal care where we acknowledge the cycles of life and engage in ritual; marking time and space with art as a way to express, uncover, reflect, as well as create meaning and intention in our lives

each gathering we illuminate the current astro climate,

participants are lead through a unique mindfulness practice,

and art therapy directive attuned to the current zodiac archetypes

conjuring our collective creativity

participants will deepen their understanding

and relationship to the zodiac archetype

through art making, self reflective writing

and the sharing of our creations

to further uncover personal and universal insights

*no prior astrology or art making experience is required, really* ! *

* this group hosts up to 6 people at a time in order create group intimacy and to ensure ample time for sharing and processing

* this is a group for adults (18+) of all genders

* because these sessions are being held online, you will need to provide your own art supplies. however we will send out suggestions for each group and guide you in engaging with the simplest of household supplies

* sessions are not to be recorded, and participants are expected to help maintain a confidential space to help each other feel comfortable creating and sharing freely

* feelings of safety and continuity can be disrupted by late-joining members, please ensure you are able to join on time and participate for the full duration of the group

safety means different things to different people

while we cannot guarantee absolute safety, there are some ways we can co-create a culture of comfort, care, and mutual respect within it, this means:

* we expect everyone to tune in from a private space

(a room where you are alone for the full 2 hours)

* keep what is said in each session confidential

* we expect respectful behavior toward everyone in the group, and will not tolerate abuse of any kind

* this group may become an important resource and source of connection

*** while we are art therapists, we may not be able to offer individual support during the group. we are not able to diagnose, treat, or offer clinical support in this space. ***
