Rob’s history in sales, sales management and leadership spans three decades. He has built and led sales teams at Fortune 500 companies, including IBM and Microsoft.

Starting in the technology distribution industry, Rob sold himself into IBM, where he advanced from entry-level sales to leading North American teams within five years. While at IBM, he played a key role in developing the worldwide software business partner channel, leading both Canadian and North American software vendor recruitment teams.

After years of consistent overachievement, including leading a North American mid-market sales team to five consecutive 100 per cent clubs, Rob joined Microsoft in 2007 to lead their medium business sales team, where he again achieved five consecutive years of 100 per cent success.

In 2011, Rob transitioned to entrepreneurship as Managing Partner of Get More Sales Corporation, where he helps entrepreneurs get more sales with less risk. With his deep corporate experience and entrepreneurial insight, Rob understands what it takes to build and grow a business from the ground up.
