Join me for SANCTUARY — a small-group Frequency Sound Bath designed to soothe your nervous system, clear your energetic field and tune you back into resonance with yourself.

This is more than rest — it’s frequency care. A sacred pause to recalibrate, soften and let the tones of crystal singing bowls, the gong, and drum create space for lightness, clarity and renewal.

You’ll leave feeling more grounded, replenished, radiant and aligned.

COST: $50 (Please note: the price has increased slightly due to rising venue rental costs — thank you for your support and understanding.)

A FEW NOTES:

• Space is limited — advance booking is required.
• Yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided, but feel free to bring anything else to keep yourself cozy.
• Incense and sacred oils are used — please email me in advance if you have sensitivities and I’ll happily adjust.
• The bath begins promptly at 7pm — late arrivals cannot be accommodated so please arrive early to settle in.
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
