On Saturdays, we celebrate community around fitness; we socialize and bond, but we also train like a team, with the mindset of an athlete.

On Saturdays, we don't just work out, but we train like an athlete and prioritize performance. The main goal is to improve functionality and energy system in our bodies through different athletic elements such as strength, agility, power training, muscular endurance, muscular balance and stability, core engagement, agility and reaction time.


Winter Grind 3×3 is a cold-weather conditioning session built to challenge your full-body endurance and running engine. Each round blends a 6-minute nonstop circuit to generate heat, followed by a 1.5 km push to test your pace under fatigue. We’ll repeat this three times to build resilience, capacity, and control in winter conditions

Bring a water bottle and lots of energy. No mats needed.
