Is this an online event?

Question 2

Will this program include Mantra Chanting?

Accepted Answer

Each day will begin with a practical class of Mantra Chanting, Pranayama and Meditation with Yogesh Van Acker to prepare you for the Teaching Sessions.  This is not a kirtan program and each session will Dr. David Frawley and Yogini Shambhavi will have limited Mantra practice.

Question 3

Will there be Q&A with Dr. David Frawley and Yogini Shambhavi?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  This is a special opportunity to interact live with Dr. David Frawley and Yogini Shambhavi.  There will be time to ask your questions at the end of each session.  You can ask questions at each session about Mantra pronunciation.

Can I pay to attend only one session rather than the entire program?

Accepted Answer

No.  This is a three day program of progressive teachings. Scholarship rates are available.  Please contact Shankari Van Acker information@atthecore.ca to apply.

Can I attend this program in-person?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  There are a limited number of in-person spots available to attend in London, Ontario Canada.  Please contact Shankari Van Acker information@atthecore.ca for details.

Question 6

Are the sessions recorded?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  And you will receive a copy of the recordings.  So you can watch the sessions at your convenience if you are unable to attend live.  And you can review the sessions as you wish to deepen your study and understanding of the material.
