Seedy Sunday Vendor Registration 2026

Registration for Vendors of the Nanaimo Seedy Sunday 2026!

Location: Nanaimo District Secondary School
355 Wakesiah Avenue, Nanaimo

Schedule:

• Set Up: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Event: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Take Down: 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Please bring a donation of product for the vendor raffle on the day of the event.

Fees

• $55 per table/space for vendors
• $25 per space for information-only tables (no product sales)
• $35 for shared table/space
• School groups: Free table

Each indoor vendor space includes:

• 1 × 6 ft × 3 ft table
• 1 chair (please bring extra chairs if needed)

If you are an outdoor vendor, please bring your own tables and chairs.

Insurance Requirement

Our venue requires all vendors to show proof of insurance.

If you already have small business insurance:

• Please add “Nanaimo Foodshare” as an additional location on your policy.
• Email a copy of the policy to jennie.wharton@nanaimofoodshare.ca.
  (This should be free with your provider.)

If you do not have insurance:
You can easily purchase one-day vendor insurance for $16.55 through Duuo Insurance.

Steps for Duuo Insurance:

1. Open this link: here
2. Select Individual or Business (most vendors are Individual).
3. Choose Under 200 sq ft and $2,000,000 coverage.
4. Complete the registration process.
5. Duuo will email Jennie a copy of your Insurance

Additional Info

• Please indicate if your display requires power.
• Products must be seed, garden, or farming related.
• If your products differ from gardening, seeds or farming, please email Jennie for approval before registering.
