Each Monday evening, we will gather in a supportive virtual space to learn, practice, and integrate a new "Meditation of the Week." These guided sessions are specifically curated to promote self-healing—helping to release stress, quiet the inner critic, foster self-compassion, and reconnect you with your own innate capacity for calm and restoration.
Series Details:
- What: A 6-Week Meditation Series for Self-Healing
- When: Every Monday at 6:00 PM, starting January 12
- Where: Live on Zoom (link provided upon registration)
- Duration: 30 minutes per session
- Investment: Donation-Based. This series is offered with the intention of making healing accessible. Give what feels right and sustainable for you.
