In-store Pilates class at Lululemon Plaza Frontenac with TruFusion instructor, Maggie Toner
Please bring your own yoga mat and water. Feel free to bring light weights, a resistance band, and towel if you want. The workout will be body-weight focused, so weights are not required. Please arrive as close to 8 AM as possible so we can have a 45 minute class and save time to visit. Prepare to stretch, sweat and jump with that new year energy!
