SFU Sustainability and Climate Solutions Student Research Day will take place on June 24, 2022 at the SFU Burnaby Campus, and virtually online. The hybrid event is hosted by the SFU’s Office of the Vice-President, Research and International, Pacific Institute for Climate Solutions, and SFU Sustainability.

The event will bring together SFU graduate students, faculty members, and researchers who are conducting research in sustainability and climate solutions, for an opportunity to share their work and develop interdisciplinary networks at SFU and beyond. The Research Day will serve as a springboard for those wanting to work across disciplines to develop innovative research, and equitable and inclusive solutions that approach climate and sustainability from multiple perspectives.

SFU Sustainability and Climate Solutions Student Research Day will feature a presentation from our keynote speaker, SFU Distinguished Professor of Climate Science, Kirsten Zickfeld, as well as SFU graduate students – with an opportunity for graduate students to win a $500 research grant!

This event is open to SFU researchers (graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, and faculty) from all disciplines. Register today to save your seat.
