This isn't your average festival. It is a space for deep connections, authentic sisterhood, earth ceremonies and expansive workshops.

Join your sisters in a weekend of sacred play and ceremony where you are welcome to fully express your wild woman while being held in a safe container by the majesty of the land.

We will gather at Sandypines Campground, on the unceded traditional territory of the Nlaka'pamux Nation.

The weekend will be a deep exploration into the Wild Feminine and our expression of Her!

Camping and Accommodations

Your ticket includes your camping fee!

Car, tent, campers, rv's and trailer camping is all welcome and included in the price of your ticket. ( Bringing a BIG-RIG? Please email to let us know!) There are no serviced sites.

This is an off-grid campground. There is no power or wifi on site. Cell service is available for most networks.

Campsites are simple. There are shared flushing toilets, simple showers, and outhouses available.

Not a camper?? Simple accommodations are available for booking in the add-ons section.

You must also purchase a General Admission (Wild Woman Ticket) if you are staying in accommodations.

Food and Water

Meals are the attendees' responsibility. If you'd like to purchase food, you can add on a SHE IS WILD meal plan from The Wild Hearth.

Thursday Potluck

This year, we want to take community engagement one step further and start the event off with a Community Potluck!!

Thursday evening, bring a dish to share!

Be sure to list the ingredients on a piece of paper and label your dish with your name.

SHE IS WILD is a GREEN event!

Bring your own plates, bowls, cutlery and cups! None are provided! This includes if you purchase meals through the food vendor.

Our meals are prepared with the same values that shape the festival itself—integrity, simplicity, earth connection, and care for the collective.

Over the weekend, you’ll receive 3 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and 2 dinners, all lovingly crafted in our Wild Hearth Kitchen.

These meals are vegetarian, wholesome, and grounded, designed to keep your body nourished and your energy steady as you move through ceremony, movement, and community.

We cook with seasonal ingredients where we can, and a deep respect for the land that feeds us. Everything is offered buffet-style so you can take what your body truly needs—nothing more, nothing less.

This meal package allows us to nourish the entire circle in a way that feels ethical, sustainable, and in integrity with our values. It ensures our small team can prepare real, heartfelt food without rushing, compromising quality, or creating waste.

The Village Tent - Child Minding and Community Space

Remembering our Sacred Wild for our descendants' well-being.

Supporting Mothers without a village with a safe & sacred child-minding space. Mamas can now immerse themselves, knowing their children are cared for with curated workshops.

The Village Tent offerings:16 hours of scheduled ‘come and go’ child-minding.Open to all throughout the entire festival, offering craft supplies, books, and sensory & free-play accessories to nurture your inner child.

This space focuses on fostering connection & child-like play.

Childminding will ONLY be available during scheduled times. A detailed schedule will be available soon.

Terms & Conditions

Refund Policy

All SHE IS WILD FEST tickets are non-refundable. If in the case the event needs to be postponed due to a natural disaster, such as a fire or flood, your ticket will be credited for the following year's festival. No exceptions.

Exchanges

If you are no longer able to attend the festival for any reason and have purchased a ticket for the current year, you are welcome to exchange it for the following year's fest.

Exchanges must be made known15 days before the start date of the purchased event ticket, or the exchange will no longer be valid. (BC Fest Cut Off: June 24th,2026 )

Selling Your Ticket

If you are no longer able to make the event for any reason, you are allowed to sell your ticket.

You can also sell your ticket for any other reason.

You MUST inform us of the new ticket holder's name, or they will not be given access to the festival.

Inclusivity

• This event is open and inclusive to all those who identify as a woman, non-binary and she/they folks. We gather in respect for one another and are co-creating a safe and sacred space together. Anyone found to be violating the sacredness and safety of the event will be escorted off the property and refused re-entry to the event with no refund.
