Sherbrooke Community League Book Fair!

There are 10 tables available for book vendors - these are offered for free for our first community Book Fair!

There are 6 tables available for book related vendors and crafters!

There will be a reading area set up and a concession for all participants to enjoy.

Vendors will have access to the hall from 8AM - 6PM.

Also a few additional notes from the organizers:

- There will be free tea, coffee and popcorn for all vendors

- You should come early to give you lots of time to set up before doors open

- You should stay until closing time even if you are nearly sold out, we do not want pack up / take down occurring while still open

- After you have unloaded you need to find street parking so as to leave the parking lot for attendees

- Electrical outlets are scarce in the hall (for some reason) so if you specifically NEED one please let us know so we can try and position you accordingly

Schedule:

8AM - Vendor Set Up

10AM – Sale opens

4PM -Sale ends, hall closes to public

6PM - Hall closes to all (vendor pack up time)
