Sherbrooke Community League Day Vendor & Craft Sale - Vendor Sign Up

There are 18 INDOOR tables available and 30 OUTDOOR spaces available.

Vendors will have access to the hall from 8AM - 8PM, outdoor spaces can start set up at any time.

Also a few additional notes from the organizers:

- There will be free tea and coffee for all vendors

- You should come early to give you lots of time to set up before doors open

- You should stay until closing time even if you are nearly sold out, we do not want pack up / take down occurring while still open

- After you have unloaded you need to find street parking so as to leave the parking lot for attendees

- Electrical outlets are scarce in the hall (for some reason) so if you specifically NEED one please let us know so we can try and position you accordingly

OUTDOOR VENDORS

- You will need to bring your own table

- We recommend bringing a 10ft x 10ft tent and weights to secure it to protect from the sun

- You will have access to all the same amenities inside the hall as the indoor vendors

Schedule:

8AM - Vendor Set Up

10AM – Sale/Event starts/opens

5PM -Sale ends, beer garden will still be active until 6pm

8PM - Hall closes to all (vendor pack up time)
