3 days, 4 hours per day = 12 hours of in-group workshops, plus weekly activities and resources, to help you:

Reconnect with your strengths and values

Develop a new vision for your future

Gain new tools and strategies to help you make that change.

And all participants will have ongoing support throughout and after the program to help you make that change!

Who is this for?

This workshop is intended for job seekers looking for direction, with a particular focus on those in mid career transitions. This may include; those who have experienced a lay-off, are concerned they may in the future, are looking to move into a new field, are returning to the labour market after a leave or are semi-retired.

Sessions will be tailored depending on group needs.

What happens next?

Once you've registered, you will receive a confirmation email. Within 3 days, you will receive a follow-up survey that will help us learn more about you and what you are hoping to acheive in the sessions.

Are these workshops really free?

Absolutely. There is no cost for this program, and registering entitles you to other employment supports. Lunch will also be included.
