Shuttle Run Blitz for Women

This Shuttle Run Blitz for Women offers a unique opportunity to try the police officer shuttle run fitness test and connect with police officers who can answer your questions about a career in policing. From fitness requirements to the application process, learn what it takes to succeed as a woman in policing.

Participants of all fitness levels are welcome. You must be at least 18 years old to attend.

About the Test

Applicants for a police officer position must perform the Leger 20-metre shuttle run and reach level 7.0 as part of the application process. If you reach level 7 and apply to our service within one month, you can skip the virtual shuttle run step in our process.
