AUTUMN TRANSFORMATION: WATER Element Retreat

As autumn's water energy teaches us about flow and release, we gather to honour the element of Water—intuition, clarity, and the courage to let go of what no longer serves. This retreat invites you to soar into your future with strategic vision rooted in your strengths and cultural authority.

The SOAR Framework:

The SOAR framework creates strategic plans through clarity about what's working and courage to claim what's possible.

S: STRENGTHS

Identify your core leadership strengths, cultural assets, and what's already working beautifully in your life and work. Start from abundance, not deficit. Your cultural background is a strength, not something to overcome.

O: OPPORTUNITIES

Explore SOAR opportunities you can leverage to advance your career and leadership impact. Look for spaces where your cultural authority is needed and valued, and where you need to amplify and brag. Notice where doors are opening and which doors offer opportunities to close.

A: ASPIRATIONS

Define what you want to achieve in the future with clarity and courage. What legacy do you want to create? How do you want to grow as a leader? Dream from your cultural authority, not from what you think is "realistic."

R: RESULTS

Determine measurable outcomes that will tell you you've achieved your vision. Create accountability structures that support your goals while honouring your need for creative rest and integration. Define success on your own terms.

The Healing Power of Autumn Nature:

Autumn teaches us about strategic release and transformation. Trees don't cling to their leaves—they trust the cycle of letting go to make space for new growth. Water teaches us about flow, adaptation, and the power of moving around obstacles rather than fighting them.

When women gather in autumn nature, we:

• Connect to the wisdom of release and renewal

• Practice strategic planning rooted in strengths, not deficits

• Let go of what no longer serves our highest good

• Tap into intuition and clarity for the path ahead
