Skin Deep: Domestic Violence Awareness Training for Estheticians

By Lanark County Interval House

Overview

An interactive training for estheticians focused on identifying warning signs of abuse and having the tools to support your clients.

Skin Deep is an educational training for estheticians, aestheticians, and personal care providers focused on recognizing and responding to signs of intimate partner violence. Through our See It. Name It. Change It! campaign, this session empowers those in aesthetics and wellness roles to recognize the subtle signs of intimate partner violence, foster safe and supportive spaces, and connect clients with help when it’s needed most.

Together, we create a safer and more equitable world, one caring conversation at a time.
