Begin the new year with softness and care. This nourishing slow flow class invites you to move gently, breathe deeply, and meet yourself with compassion as you transition out of the busy holiday season and into January.

Through mindful, fluid movement and longer, supported holds, we’ll focus on releasing tension, calming the nervous system and cultivating self-compassion — honouring where you are rather than where you think you should be. The intention of this practice is gentle renewal: creating space for fresh energy, clarity, and intention to arise naturally, without force or pressure.

This class is suitable for all levels and especially supportive if you’re feeling tired, stiff, or in need of grounding. Come as you are, no resolutions required — just an openness to slow down, listen inward, and begin again with kindness.
