Slow Mornings with Olha is a gentle online yoga series designed to help you start your day with calm, breath, and presence before the New Year.
Each session includes conscious breathwork before and after a gentle Hatha yoga practice, followed by a short silent meditation. The focus is on grounding, awareness, and ease — not performance or intensity.
This series is suitable for all levels and open to everyone.
What you’ll need:
• Yoga mat
• Cushion or pillow for sitting
• Comfortable clothes
