Smut Slam "GRAND SLAM" in Winnipeg

This season of Smut Slam has been heating up! We're inviting back the top scoring smut slammers to return for our first Championship at the Red Room! What?! They’re letting us in the Rec Room? Oh Yes, we’ve been invited and it’s on a Saturday Night!!! The winners will be decided by audience vote this time! So you decide who you'd like to see win!

The top three storytellers will receive CASH as well as pleasurable prizes from LOVE NEST!

The Rec Room is a great venue for this very special event! Great food, loads of entertainment and pre/post show games. We'll have more space, more seats and we'll be wheelchair accessible!

Stories based on REAL life, REAL lust, REAL Smut. If you’ve been before you can’t miss it, if you haven’t had a chance to catch a Smut Slam this is the right time to start!

While there won't be the usual sign up we will have the FBucket ready to share your anonymous confessions and questions! Yours might get read on stage, and no one will know it was you. Keep an eye out for the BucketBabe!

Host DD Brassiere will be sharing a spicy story about how she healed her broken heart thanks to the power of domination. Smut Slam really is a spectacular event. Whether you get on stage or stay seated, it will be a night you won't forget.
Smut Slam is queer-friendly, k!nk-friendly, fat-friendly, poly-friendly, trans-friendly, s^x-worker friendly… we’re REALLY friendly, (unless you're under 18).

We welcome people with all types and amounts of seggs experiences to our space. We DO NOT welcome stories involving racism, transphobia, homophobia, seggism or any form of discrimination, fetishization or objectification and CONSENT IS KEY.

Accessibility: The Rec Room is wheelchair accessible. While the theatre is above ground level there is a ramp as well as an accessible washroom.

Normally at Smut Slam anyone can sign up to share a story, but this is the Grand Slam, our top slammers are being invited back to compete for cash as well as a titilating gift basket from Love Nest!

Here are the rules for our regular slam, which will return in February.

RULES For Slammers: Each Story gets 5min, with a 1min grace period. The story must be real and have happened to YOU.

We want storytellers to be themselves and tell us their their story. No costumes, props, musical accompaniment and sorry no notes (unless required for you to take the stage).

Stories are often funny and/or epic to win, but we want to encourage people to consider sharing their sad, poignant, serious, simple and/or 'fail' experiences too.
