Snowshoes and Brews: A Métis Heartwarming Experience

Warm your body and spirit with a snowshoe adventure down the historic Seine River, where we’ll pick up the pace and Métis teachings at the same time. Snowshoes and Brews becomes a full-bodied Métis experience as we feel the heartbeat of the Red River Jig through fun rhythm exercises and immerse ourselves in music traditions. Then we’ll refuel with traditional pemmican, our original endurance food, and learn why it powered long days of travel, trade and storytelling across the Prairies. We will finish off the tour with a brewery tour of Kilter Brewing, sip fresh and flavourful samples, along with snacks!

Beginner level, no previous snowshoeing experience needed. Participants must be 18+. Tour will be taking place outside, so please dress appropriately for the weather.
