Welcome to Parenting with Sunnah and Science Series

Our childhood experiences shape the way we parent, often in ways we don’t even realize. In this reflective workshop, we explore the patterns we’ve inherited, notice how they show up in our parenting, and create space to consciously choose what we want to carry forward and what we hope to release.

Together, we will:

• Explore the Parenting Power Continuum and recognize the patterns we inherited
• Reflect on the fears that influence our choices and learn to respond with compassion
• Reflect on Parenting styles and principles inspired from the Sunnah
• Practice mindful strategies that nurture connection, warmth, and guidance
• Consider the legacy we wish to leave for our children and future generations

This is a space for reflection, growth, and gentle transformation, not perfection. You will leave with practical insights, self-compassion, and a clearer sense of the parenting path you want to walk.

Parenting with Sunnah and Science is an interactive workshop series that brings together timeless prophetic wisdom and modern research. The roadmap has always been in the Prophet’s ﷺ example, and today’s insights from brain science, child development, and trauma research beautifully affirm that guidance.

Who is it for?
Parents of all ages and stages. It’s never too late to create the relationship you truly desire with your child(ren).
