Celebrate the energy of the Solstice with a sacred Chakradance journey through the 7 chakras, releasing what no longer serves and welcoming balance, clarity, and renewed light.

This gentle yet powerful movement experience helps you identify where energy flows freely and where healing and realignment are ready to unfold. The solstice is a potent time for release, reflection, and intention-setting — making this class a beautiful doorway into transformation.

This class is the first session of a 9-part Freedom Chakradance journey, designed to support you in breaking free from old patterns, emotional blocks, and past experiences so you can step forward with greater ease and freedom.

Through music, movement, guided imagery, and mandala art, we soften, release stored stories in the body, and reconnect with our natural state of joy, love, and wholeness.
