Grief isn’t just sadness and it doesn’t just live in your mind.
It shows up in your body and it's a lot to keep stuffing down.
Most people don’t realize the body keeps the score when it comes to all the emotional load we carry - and just how serious that is on our well-being.
It shows up as:
- exhaustion
- emotional numbness
- trouble sleeping
- feeling disconnected from yourself
- feeling overwhelmed for “no reason”
- being short-tempered or easily overstimulated
- tension in your chest, shoulders, jaw or anywhere in your body
- moving through life on autopilot
- feeling alone even when you’re not
- over-giving & people-pleasing
- focusing on everyone else because it’s easier than feeling your own pain
- ruminating
- bracing for the next shoe to drop…

The loss of someone you love, the end of a relationship, identity or life shifts, health challenges, old memories or beliefs resurfacing - and for many, the holidays can be especially tender.

🌿 About the Program:
This small-group session is a gentle, somatic (mind, body and spirit) space to honour what’s real with respect, safety and zero pressure.
You’ll be guided through a gentle sequence that may include:
- A short reflection
- Guided somatic meditation
- Gentle movement
- Journaling
- Optional sharing
- Integration practices
Everything is designed to help you soften what you’ve been holding and feel supported in community.

Men and women navigating grief or loss of any kind.
- If your grief is very fresh or intense, private 1:1 support may be the most stabilizing place to begin.
- Or if group settings aren’t your thing, I also offer 1:1 somatic Grief Support Sessions
