Embark on an inner voyage that combines the power of conscious movement, breath, and sound to explore, transform & nourish the body-mind system.

This transformative session is designed to guide you through a journey of self-discovery, healing, connection and personal evolution. Through somatic movement, breathwork, and sound healing, you’ll release tension, unlock emotional blocks & cultivate greather IN-bodied awareness; connecting to deeper aspects of your body, heart & mind, to activate your inner power, authentic expression & innate wisdom within.

This session provides a safe space for you to explore your humanness & expand your capacity to experience life.

What to Expect:

8:30–8:40 am: Welcome, debrief, opening space, and intention setting.
8:40–8:50 am: Warm-up – fascia maneuvers, breath activation, and somatic movement preparation.
8:50–9:20 am: Somatic movement journey – a guided exploration of the body’s wisdom through movement and awareness.
9:20–9:50 am: Breath, sound, and integration – grounding and integrating the experience through breathwork and sound healing.
9:50–10:00 am: Closing space – reflections and closing the journey with gratitude.

This is a safe and welcoming space for all men & women.

No experience is needed.
