Learn exercises that release high resting muscle tension contributing to chronic pain, tension, fatigue, and mobility limitations.

Join me for 1 hour and 15 minutes once a week for 3 weeks as I guide you through six clinical somatic exercises designed to release chronic muscle tension that contributes to body pain, fatigue, and mobility limitations.

These sessions are great for you if you experience any of the following:

Hey Cycle Breaker, I'm Nancy!
Trauma survivor, somatic practitioner, and massage therapist in training.

Four years ago, I was diagnosed with delayed-onset PTSD and spent three years actively healing from the mental and physical toll it took on my mind, body, and soul.

I lived in chronic pain and was told I had the onset of fibromyalgia. My pain affected my sleep, mood, energy, and ability to carry out normal daily tasks.

I did years of therapy that helped me overcome my PTSD diagnosis, but unfortunately, it didn’t relieve my body pain.

Just over a year ago, I committed to two months of somatic exercises and what happened completely transformed my life.

I became pain-free!

It’s now been one full year of not living in chronic pain, thanks to the somatic exercises I’ll be teaching you.

Not only that, but these practices also helped relieve my muscle crsmping, eye twitch, jaw clenching, sleep, digestion, menstrual cramps, frequent urination and even my energy levels!
