Join the SONAMI network, alongside select post-secondary institutional members, for an engaging and interactive session that brings together industry experts, business owners, and manufacturers who have worked directly with SONAMI. Learn how collaborative, funded applied research projects help address manufacturing challenges efficiently and effectively—without slowing down your business.
In a rapidly changing business environment, it is more essential than ever for manufacturers to stay ahead of the curve and leverage support that moves at the speed of business. With access to available funding and a province-wide post-secondary network rich in expertise, capabilities, and specialized equipment, SONAMI is here to help Ontario manufacturers innovate and solve real-world challenges.
SONAMI offers effective and efficient funded applied research, along with intellectual property support through Intellectual Property Ontario (IPON), making it a one-stop shop for manufacturing-related challenges across Ontario.
All manufacturers—and those who support manufacturing—are encouraged to attend. Whether you are a manufacturer, part of a manufacturing-focused industry association, or an economic development professional looking to provide greater value to the manufacturers you support, this session is designed for you.
In this session, hear from Mitchell Lutz, Industry Partnerships Manager at SONAMI, along with SONAMI network members and manufacturers they have supported, to learn:
- How the SONAMI program works for you
- The capabilities and expertise available across the SONAMI network to help solve your challenges
- Key intellectual property considerations, and how SONAMI—supported by IPON—can help protect and maximize your innovation
