Soul Movement Ecstatic Dance - Theme: Winter Solstice

This is the last Ecstatic Dance of 2025!

Join us for December's event of SoulMovement in Orillia at St Paul's Centre for the Winter Solstice on Fri December 19th, 2025 from 7 PM to 9 PM in the Banquet Hall.

This in-person gathering is designed to allow you to heal and connect with your mind, body and soul through free movement or ecstatic dance. Let go of stress and negativity, and welcome in positivity and renewal. Come enjoy a night of relaxation, movement, freedom and connection.

This event will be led by Sacred Design Facilitator Beth McKean who will guide us through reflecting and honouring the past year and what it has taught us . Let the music guide you through a journey of letting go and releasing what no longer serves you and then to open up to the endless possibilities of what this new year may bring.

Take this opportunity to have a safe space to connect with yourself on a deeper level, move in whatever way you feel called to, surround yourself with a community of beautiful individuals and enjoy a good boogie !
