Bring your own yoga mat, water bottle and sleeping mask to immerse yourself in a blissful and relaxing experience on this sound healing journey.

During this session, you will experience the power of sound therapy, where different instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes will create a harmonious environment. Allow the gentle sounds to guide you into a deep state of relaxation and rejuvenation.

No prior experience or knowledge is required to attend this event. Just bring yourself and an open mind.
