What is integral sound healing?

Integral sound healing is a powerful process, which balances the body, mind, and spirit of an individual through sound and vibration. This non-invasive process is intended to treat the whole person, not just the symptoms.

Benefits of yoga and integral sound healing:

  • Reduced stress
  • Improved sleep
  • Better pain management
  • Improved sense of relaxation
  • Improved relationship with oneself and others
  • Increased focus and attention
  • Calming of the mind

Intuitive Movement:

Sound healing combined with intuitive movement provides a comprehensive approach to wellbeing, promoting emotional and physical recovery. Intuitive movement offers a physical platform for emotional release and expression, frequently drawing on the body's stored experiences and feelings. It is a free-flowing style where participants follow the rhythm of the sounds while learning to recognize and respond to what the body needs without judgment.

Goal:

The goal of HarmoniWorks is to create a sacred, safe space to deeply connect within ourselves and others, building a supportive community.
