Soundbath for Healing & Connection

This December, Luisa Henz is offering a soundbath series to honour those lost at the Lapu-Lapu tragedy and to provide healing to the families and friends who have been deeply affected by this loss. We will gather Monday December 15th, in a space held with care, softness, and deep respect for the journeys each person is carrying.

The sessions weave nature-based Soundbath and walking meditation to support spaciousness, and the quiet kind of healing that happens when your body feels safe to rest.

Soluna Productions will be sponsoring the event by providing immersive projections and lighitng enviroments.

Together we create a space for connection, where you don’t have to hold everything alone, a place where sound, stillness, and community meet for healing.
