Sourdough Basics and Care with Brandy Nelson! If you missed your chance in November, never fear because your second chance is here! Curious about countertop ferments? Come learn how to care for your culinary critter! We'll be covering sourdough basics, care, and chatting about recipes as well as the health benefits of sourdough! The class will culminate with sourdough pancakes for lunch around noon, and each class participant will receive a sourdough starter to take home.

This class was scheduled during holiday break with the hope that some parents and kiddos may be able to come participate together and learn a hobby they can share and grow in together!
