This evening is for the self-aware woman who's done some inner work but knows there's a gap between what she knows and what she can actually embody in the moment.

You'll step into a container where we don't just talk about limiting beliefs and disempowering patterns, we practice shifting them in real-time.

Karlee Rose will guide you through somatic practices where you'll:

✨Practice rewiring your nervous system so that the woman you are in flow state becomes the woman you are in every moment - grounded, present and sovereign.

✨ Stay open when intimacy deepens, let go when you can't control the outcome and drop back in when you've checked out.

Then, you'll lay back for a deep nervous system recalibration sound journey. Karlee will play quartz crystal singing bowls and mystical instruments with soulful voice transmissions as she guides you into your womb and body.

The sound does what your mind can't, clears the pattern at the root so your body can finally let go of what she's been holding that's preventing the awareness from becoming automatic behavior.

We'll close with a waning moon release ritual, witnessing the shifts happening as a full body transformation.
