Sponsorships for the Inaugural CSCE Edmonton Pickleball Classic

The Canadian Society for Civil Engineering (CSCE), Edmonton Section, will be hosting the inaugural CSCE Edmonton Pickleball Classic on January 31, 2026, at the Pickleball Hub.

The CSCE Edmonton Pickleball Classic is designed to be a fun and engaging event that brings together professionals, students, and industry partners from across Edmonton’s civil engineering community for an afternoon of friendly competition, connection, and community building.

We are seeking sponsorships to help make this inaugural event a success. Sponsorships will contribute directly to event delivery and to CSCE Edmonton’s ongoing professional development and networking programs, which continue to strengthen connections and collaboration within our industry.

We appreciate your consideration and would be grateful to receive sponsorship commitments by January 15, 2026, to assist with event planning and coordination.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Your support will help us launch this exciting new tradition of connecting engineers, students, and industry partners in a uniquely social setting. All sponsors will receive recognition on event signage, social media, and tournament communications.

Tournament Title Sponsor | $2,000

Exclusive naming rights (“Edmonton CSCE Pickleball Classic presented by [Your Company Name]”), logo on all materials, complimentary team entry, and recognition during opening remarks and awards presentation. Includes branded signage (you provide) at the registration table.

As the Title Sponsor, you are also invited to contribute company swag or branded items to be included in the players' welcome packages.

Lunch Mixer Sponsor | $1,500

Naming rights for the lunch social (“Lunch Mixer presented by [Your Company Name]”), logo on signage and recap posts, and verbal recognition during lunch and closing announcements.

Court Sponsor | $500

Sponsor one of the pickleball courts (e.g., “Court A – Presented by [Your Company Name]”). Includes branded signage (you provide) at the court and acknowledgments during matches and the awards ceremony.

Energy Bar Station Sponsor | $400

Sponsor the player snack and refuelling station. Includes on-site signage and recognition in the tournament program.

Hydration Station Sponsor | $300

Sponsor the player refreshment station. Includes on-site signage and recognition in the tournament program.

Student Team Sponsor | $150 per team of two

Support a student team. Your company name will be announced with team pairings, featured in the event program, and you may also provide company swag (shirts, hats, etc.) for your sponsored team to wear and represent your brand.

General Cash Sponsorship

Flexible contributions supporting event logistics, awards, and CSCE Edmonton’s professional development programming. All General Sponsors are recognized at the awards ceremony, in event materials, and online. (10% of each sponsorship will be donated to the U of A Campus Food Bank.)

Gold Sponsor | $700

Complimentary team entry plus two tickets to a future CSCE dinner presentation.

Silver Sponsor | $500

Two tickets to a future CSCE dinner presentation.

Bronze Sponsor | $300

One ticket to a future CSCE dinner presentation.

Supporter | $200

Recognition as a valued supporter of the event.

Awards Sponsorship | $100+

Support an award through a $100 cash contribution (will be used to purchase gift certificates or create themed gift baskets for players) or by donating a themed basket of equal value or greater.

Sponsors are recognized during the awards ceremony and in all event materials.

Door Prizes Sponsorship | In-Kind Donation

Support the event by donating door prizes such as gift certificates, merchandise, or other items that can be drawn for during the tournament. Please email us as chair@csceedmonton.ca to arrange pickup of donated items. Sponsors will be acknowledged in event communications and at the time of the prize draw.
