Guided by our expert gong master at Chiron Acutherapeutics, this session is designed to help you align your mind, body, and spirit with the energies of the equinox—a time of transition, reflection, and balance.

• Please arrive 10 minutes before the session begins to ensure we start on time.
• For the comfort of all attendees, latecomers will not be admitted once the session begins.
• Mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided—just wear something comfy for this relaxing experience.
