Refund Policy
Things happen, we get it! If you have purchased a ticket and can no longer attend the conference, ticket transfers to colleagues or friends can be made at no-cost and are encouraged.
Refund requests will be accepted until 30 days prior to the event start date. Refunds are subject to a $25 administration fee. No refunds will be granted after November 8th, 2025.
All requests for transfers or refunds must be submitted in writing via email to jennifer@sra.ca. Please include your full name, contact information, and registration details in your request.
