Online event

Overview

The first 90 days in a new job set the tone for your long-term success. This workshop will equip you to step in with clarity and stand out!

This workshop will walk through a structured roadmap built around five key phases: learning and observation, relationship-building, performance and communication excellence, personal brand and visibility, and finally, a powerful bonus 10-day introspection period to help you evaluate alignment and ensure the role truly fits you. You will learn how to adapt to workplace culture, build authentic relationships, ask smart questions, and demonstrate value early. By the end, you will leave with a practical 100-day success plan designed to help you build the next steps of your career with intention.

Facilitated by Career Coach in Residence Wafa Oubella.

The Career Coaches in Residence program is generously supported by lead donor Azrieli Foundation.
