Strengthen Skills for Recovery and Resilience PFA
Free Psychological First Aid (PFA) Training in English (two days required)
Abbotsford – you’ve shown incredible care through the recent floods.
As we move from crisis to recovery, Archway Community Services is offering free Canadian Red Cross Psychological First Aid (PFA) training to help community members build skills to support others and themselves in healthy, practical ways.
You’ll learn how to recognize stress, promote calm, and offer supportive listening during recovery, while earning a nationally recognized Red Cross certification. Participation is open to anyone who’s helped during or after the floods, or who wants to be ready for future emergencies.
No cost. Just community care in action.
Those who sign up will be added to a contact list for Archway Community Services, which may reach out during future emergencies for community wellness support. Participation in any activation will always be voluntary.
Who Can Participate:
Open to any Abbotsford resident or local volunteer who has been part of helping during or after the recent flooding, or who simply wants to be ready to support others in future events.
