How do you want to get there?
Stress Release Workshop
Class will start with the application of ear seeds. We will then move into a calming yin yoga practice with an extended savasana. Students will have eye pillows placed on top of their eyes, with blankets placed on their bodies. We will have a grounding visualizing meditation whilst students lay there. After, we will do some personal journaling to encourage introspection. Then we will have tea, kombucha and light snacks. Any questions or thoughts will be shared then.
