Bio - Festa Popolare
Festa Populare is an ensemble of Italian-Canadian musicians that specializes in the traditional music of Southern Italy. The group goes beyond the well-known Tarantelle and 19th-century imports such as the waltz and polka to present a panoply of styles and traditions from the many corners of Italia. Their performances feature authentic, seldom-heard instruments and songs in their original languages.
