**The last day for the reduced group hotel rate under the group booking is April 7th**
*SUSK is monitoring the government health regulations carefully and will move the Congress to a virtual setting if Government regulations so stipulate. If so, your in-person congress ticket will be partially refunded and the rest will be used to cover costs of a virtual congress.
*SUSK is not responsible for any transportation costs should the Congress be moved online (airfare, gas, etc)
