YouFitness Presents: 6-Week Sweat Step Program in Orleans
Join us at SuyinLifts Orleans for a high-energy 6-week Sweat Step program led by Josephine Younes (Certified Personal Trainer). Sweat Step was born right here at SuyinLifts, and we’re bringing it back with a full progressive experience designed to build rhythm, confidence, and strength week after week.
We kick off Sunday, January 4 at 11 AM, and we’ll meet every Sunday for six weeks, leading up to our final class on February 8, where everything comes together in a more advanced, high-energy choreography.
Sweat Step is more than a workout, it’s mental and physical training. Each week, you’ll challenge your coordination, memory, balance, and rhythm while boosting your cardio and building real strength. You’ll level up your skills progressively, whether you’re a complete beginner or a regular stepper.
What to Expect:
- 6 step aerobics classes over 6 weeks
- 50 minutes of full-body step aerobics using a step platform
- Progressive, beat-based routines that build each week
- A relaxing cooldown and stretch to finish each session strong
What to Bring:
- Indoor training shoes
- Water bottle
