Will I be asked to participate?

We have two ticket types. Audience Participant Tickets will be given a wristband to show at a table so you can join. Standard Audience Tickets are free to be seated, or to walk around to watch the different tables as their stories and challenges unfold.

How long are the modules/quests?

Each module will take around 20-30 minutes. There will be varying styles of challenges, but all of them will have a main focus of character driven-storytelling.

Question 3

Do I need experience playing Tabletop Roleplaying Games?

Accepted Answer

No, not at all! We have a game system for Audience Participants who are more invested, and a simplified version for people who want to focus on the story. The game system includes a Player Sheet, and will require some writing. The simplified version will only use one or no dice.

Question 4

What is the tone of the show? Is this a comedy?

Accepted Answer

There will be comedic elements, but ultimately the goal is community storytelling and connection. Our performers are funny people, but each moment will come from the honesty of a world imagined together. And that includes the audience too!

Question 5

Am I standing onstage as an Audience Participant?

Accepted Answer

The tables you join will have seats for you. You are not expected to perform, put on a voice, or be onstage. We only ask that you add details and engage with the story as you are able!
