Overview
Taming the Worry Dragons is a 7 week IN-PERSON anxiety education program that involves children (aged 5-8) and their parents/caregiver.
During the program, the children work with a facilitator to improve on anxiety identification and reduction strategies. Parents will be together with a facilitator to help increase knowledge and understanding regarding anxiety, gain support and communicate about successes and struggles in supporting their child.
No siblings please. This program is not designed for children with a diagnosis.
